We want you to love your InTheStyle fits, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, have all tags attached, and are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return carrier and generate your QR code or printable shipping label for a seamless drop-off experience.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point using the provided digital or printed label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
